SHIPPING TIMELINE

Ships Within: 2-3 business days

Transit time, USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 days

It may take up to two to three business days for your order to be processed in-house before it ships.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be created. Please provide an accurate email address if you would like to track your order.

If your package is returned to our company because the address was entered incorrectly or the package was unclaimed, we will gladly reship the package. There will be a $5.50 reshipment fee.

If the package is refused by the recipient, there will be a $6.00 restocking fee subtracted from the refund amount.

IN STORE PICK UP

It may take up to two to three business days for your order to be processed in-house before it is available for pick up at The White Rabbit.

Once your order is available for pick up at The White Rabbit you will receive an email letting you know that you can pick up anytime during The White Rabbit’s business hours. Once you arrive please let them know you are picking up your Paris In A Cup order, please provide your full name and ID.
