Paris In A Cup's Future
We appreciate your enthusiasm and excitement regarding the County of Orange allowing us to move to phase 2 of the Governor’s plan. We are excited as well. We have read and re-read the requirements for re-opening and know we have a lot of things to do before we would meet the requirements for seating guests in our salon. Your safety and the safety of our staff is of the utmost priority.
We promised you updates as soon as we knew something. . . Starting Friday June 12th, we will be open Fridays from 11-4, Saturdays 11-5 and Sundays 11-4. These temporary hours are for our store and to go orders. You can order from our “TO GO” menu and take it home or enjoy at one of our outside tables. You may still order online and have non-perishables shipped or you can pick up in store or call for curbside delivery when you arrive. We are adding our “Thé de l’aprè-midi” (Afternoon Tea) in a sweet to go container. In your box you will find a scone with crème and jam, 4 tea sandwiches, 3 petite fours, a disposable napkin, fork, spoon and knife, and a wrapped tea bag(for you to brew at home) If you will be enjoying your Tea to go at our outside tables or at a local park, we’ll be happy to brew a cup of your choice in a take-away cup.
The announcement you have been waiting for . . . On Friday July 10th, we will again open our Tea Salon for indoor dinning. This will be for EXTREMELY limited seating. Reservations only. In the beginning we will offer a limited menu, featuring our guest’s favorites. As always, we will offer our great service, with some very noticeable changes. Our servers and all staff will be wearing masks and possibly face shields. The masks are to protect you, our guests and other staff. The shield (if they choose to wear one) is to protect themselves. Guests will be seated according to social distancing guidelines. If we can’t seat you in your favorite spot, we apologize. Staff will maintain a 6-foot space between you and each other, whenever possible. The County of Orange Health Department has suggested that diners do not linger at inside tables to chat after finishing their meals. They have asked us to ask you to remain seated during your entire meal, except to us eth restroom. Please refrain from visiting or chatting with people at other tables, even if you know them We encourage you to visit with friends outside in the open air. Regrettably, children under the age of 10 will not be permitted in the salon during this temporary, limited seating period. We will offer limited outside seating by reservation request. All party sizes will be limited to four guests maximum.
