Spring Fever

Bonjour!

Welcome back

It might be too early, but I think I have Spring Fever.

Am I imagining that the days are getting longer and that the wildflowers on our hillsides are blooming?

I don’t think so. I know we still have a few weeks, but it feels like it’s here.

Paris is already celebrating printemps (spring) with flower shows and displays.

Like this one at Jardin des Plantes in Paris.

This year the display in the greenhouse is “1001 Orchids”

There’s a link below with information. If your visiting Paris, you can get tickets in advance.

but don’t go yet. Please read on.

Easter Chocolates

Paris is famous for their lavish chocolate displays. The chocolatiers are full of chocolate rabbits, eggs and chicks. Spring is the thing in Paris!

The shop windows are already full of merchandise for Easter. Chocolats de Pâques are displayed in sweet shops and chocolatiers all over the city.

That’s why I couldn’t wait to share these new tea bags just received from our friends a Tea Heritage in France.
